About Bailey
Bailey Kim is a rising third-year undergraduate student attending the University of California, San Diego. She is majoring in Real Estate and Development with a Business minor. She is currently a D1 collegiate coxswain on the men's rowing team as well as a student aircraft pilot.
Before attending school in San Diego, Bailey lived in Alpharetta, GA, and became a co-founder in a non-profit organization, Gauze For A Cause in 2015 and a summer programming teacher at Georgia Tech in 2016. She is currently a mentee in the NAIOP Developing Leaders program and a mentee in the Young Planners Group Mentorship Program, both located in San Diego.
She is dedicated to learn and absorb as much knowledge as possible working under Badon and hopes to further her commercial real estate experience for the future.
